> Is the program Y2K compliant?

 Yes, ACH Remote Origination has been fully tested and certified Y2K compliant.

> What are the minimum system requirements to operate ACH Remote Origination?

 To operate ACH Remote Origination effectively, you will need a 486 or higher, a DOS-compatible PC, at least 8MB of RAM with Windows 3.1 or at least 16MB of RAM with Windows 95,98, and NT, at least 20MB of hard disk space, and a high resolution, 256-color graphics adapter card (must be able to support 680 x 480 resolution).

> What operating systems may I use?

 With ACH Remote Origination, you may operate under Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT.

> Is the program available in MAC format?

 No, ACH Remote Origination will only function on the Windows operating system. Note, ACH Remote Origination is not supported by the Windows interpreter for MAC.

> What type of customer support is available?

 The ServNet Customer Care Center hosts a number of support services for licensed users. The ServNet Customer Care Center operates from 7am to 7pm, Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. In addition, technicians are available for on-site support at an additional charge.

> What does the ACH Remote Origination program actually allow me to do?

 This program was designed to allow you to make various types of electronic transactions with your bank easier and more efficiently than with the traditional method of writing checks. Some of the more popular uses of the software include direct deposit payroll transactions and tax payments.

> How often can I send electronic transactions up to my bank?

 The PowerLine Server, at your bank, is updated with balance and transaction information once per day, usually early morning. However, you may send electronic banking transactions to the server 24 hours a day. Note, electronic banking transactions will not be reflected until they post to your account.
