Yes, PowerLine Cash Management has been fully tested and certified Y2K compliant.
> What are the minimum system requirements to operate PowerLine Cash Management?
To operate PowerLine Cash Management effectively, you will need a 486 or higher, a DOS-compatible PC, at least 16MB of RAM, at least 20MB of hard disk space, and a modem with dial out capabilities.
> What operating systems may I use?
With PowerLine Cash Management, you may operate under Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT.
> Is the program available in MAC format?
No, PowerLine Cash Management will only function on the Windows operating system. Note, PowerLine Cash Management is not supported by the Windows interpreter for MAC.
> What type of customer support is available?
The ServNet Customer Care Center hosts a number of support services for licensed users. The ServNet Customer Care Center operates from 7am to 7pm, Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. In addition, technicians are available for on-site support at an additional charge.
> What does the PowerLine Cash Management program actually allow me to do?
This program was designed by focusing on you, the user. With PowerLine Cash Management, you will no longer have to go to your bank to perform the most common of banking transactions including account transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and research requests. Additionally, you will not have to wait until your bank statements arrive to view you cash position and cleared transactions.
> How can I synchronize my PC with the bank to reflect balance and transaction information?
The PowerLine Server, at your bank, is updated with balance and transaction information once per day, usually early morning. However, you may send electronic banking transactions to the server 24 hours a day. Note, electronic banking transactions will not be reflected until they post to your account.
